The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. A contract is only concluded when the order is expressly confirmed by the provider or when the service is made available.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated on the website at the time of the order apply. All prices are shown in the respectively selected currency. Additional shipping costs, where relevant, will be shown separately.

6. Digital Content and Rights of Use

For digital content, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use exclusively for personal use. Distribution, reproduction, making the content publicly available or any other exploitation without the provider’s express consent is not permitted.

7. License Notices

Digital content may include a personalized license notice. This license is intended exclusively for the respective buyer.

8. Delivery and Provision

Digital products are provided electronically after successful ordering or activation. Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer, provided that shipping is intended.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if the customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms their knowledge that the right of withdrawal will expire.

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions conflict with this.

13. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
